On the veranda, under a remote-controlled fan, we offer a large dining table with seating for 6 people. Ideal for us for breakfast as well as dinner.
Cozy sitting area
The seating area on our veranda is ideal for an after-dinner cocktail or a game of cards with the family.
Breakfast table
The seating area directly on the pool deck is an ideal place to have breakfast, read a book or do some work. An extra-large parasol provides plenty of shade.
Bathing / Relaxing

The pool is one of the larger ones in Cape Coral and is up to 2 meters deep. If required, it can be heated both electrically and using solar energy. For particularly cold days in winter, we offer a cover so that a good bathing temperature is always guaranteed.
Hot tube
On sunny days, the solar heating is sufficient to bring the Hot-Tube to a pleasant temperature. In the summer, it is better to check the temperature before entering and, if necessary, to check the temperature again. switch off the heating. There is now also a new railing for easier use.
6 pool loungers
In our villa there are a total of 6 sun loungers for the pool (2 are usually in the garage) and a few tables for the pool deck. Of course, sun lounger cushions and beach towels are provided.
