After many years, we have fulfilled our dream of owning a house in the Sunshine State of Florida and we warmly invite you to share this dream in our high-quality and lovingly furnished Villa Haze.
Our villa is located in the very popular southeast of Cape Coral in an absolutely quiet and green area at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Due to this location, the distances to many interesting places in Cape Coral and on the mainland are very short and all attractions can be reached quickly from Villa Haze.
The best restaurants and shops in Cape Coral and Tarpoon Point are therefore very quickly accessible. The center of Cape Coral on Cape Coral Parkway with various shopping opportunities, doctors, pharmacies, etc. is only 7 minutes away by car.
About our Villa Haze
Our villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. The newly designed pool and spa area guarantees complete privacy and invites you to relax. The elegant, light-flooded living room offers a wonderful view of the spacious pool and the tropical garden. Thanks to the fully opening glass sliding doors, a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience is created. The living room, dining room, master bedroom and second bedroom all have direct access to the pool area. The south-facing pool and spa area is solar and electrically heated, guaranteeing relaxing days by the water even in the winter months.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom with a spacious shower, whirlpool and double vanity. The other bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and walk-in closets. Two of these bedrooms have modern LCD TVs with smart TV apps. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is also available. A baby cot and high chair are available for families with small children. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and by the pool.
In addition, the villa offers a spacious double garage, which – as is common in Cape Coral – allows direct access to the house. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the transition area between the garage and the main house.
Our reliable property management team, who also speaks German, looks forward to your visit and will be happy to help you with your booking. They will, of course, be on hand the morning after you arrive to check you in, and will help with any questions you may have during your stay and also when you check out.

Das Haus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, Dusche und Whirlpool und ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche. In allen Zimmern gibt es Air-Condition und schnelles Wlan.

Der Poolbereich ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und sowohl der Pool als auch der Spa sind beheizt (solar und elektrisch). Somit kann man auch während der Wintermonate erholsame Tage am Pool verbringen.

Equipment
Wir verbringen selbst gern viel Zeit in unserer Villa. Deshalb haben wir an der hochwertigen Ausstattung nicht gespart. Wir sind uns sicher, unsere Gäste werden sich dann bei uns wohl fühlen, wenn wir selbst es auch tun.

Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Cape Coral.
Mit dem Auto sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/ Bars in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer das Haus teilweise auch selbst nutzen – die Ausstattung ist gehoben und sehr gut. Nichts ist abgenutzt oder wirkt „verbraucht“.
Neben einem Pool gibt es einen Jacuzzi in dem Mann z. B. am Abend entspannen kann.
Es gibt eine deutschsprachige Hausverwaltung vor Ort, die auch bei technischen Problemen zur Verfügung steht.

Booking
power consumption
electricity:
Our rental prices already include a standard amount of electricity consumption. Based on our experience, this is about 55 kWh per day. Any electricity consumption that is significantly higher than this will be charged at $ 0.18 per kWh.
Consumption is calculated based on the values of the electricity meter of the house. At check-in and check-out, the values are recorded in each case. Any electricity costs incurred are to be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from the deposit.
Caution: If the air conditioning is set to a low temperature, runs with the doors and windows open or the pool heater is used a lot, this leads to significantly higher power consumption.
Charging electric cars is generally not permitted.
number of guests
The prices quoted are based on an occupancy of the villa with 2 people. For each additional guest, a small surcharge of 15 dollars per day will be added.

cancellation policy
All costs will be refunded up to 48 hours after the contract has been concluded.
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price will be charged.

Cancellation 30 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price will be charged.

Arrival by car
Getting here by car is very easy. From RSW Airport, take I93 north.
From the I93, take the “Colonia Blvd.” exit (884) and continue straight ahead towards Cape Coral until you cross the bridge into Cape Coral.
After the bridge, the street is called Veterans Parkway. Turn left here onto Country Club Blvd.
Then turn right onto Wildwood Pkwy and take the 2nd left (SE 8th Ave), where SE 7th Ave. joins.
