After many years, we have fulfilled our dream of owning a house in the Sunshine State of Florida and we warmly invite you to share this dream in our high-quality and lovingly furnished Villa Haze.

Our villa is located in the very popular southeast of Cape Coral in an absolutely quiet and green area at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Due to this location, the distances to many interesting places in Cape Coral and on the mainland are very short and all attractions can be reached quickly from Villa Haze.

The best restaurants and shops in Cape Coral and Tarpoon Point are therefore very quickly accessible. The center of Cape Coral on Cape Coral Parkway with various shopping opportunities, doctors, pharmacies, etc. is only 7 minutes away by car.

About our Villa Haze

The house offers 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, and whirlpool, and another bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi.

The pool area faces south and both the pool and spa are heated (solar and electric). This means you can enjoy relaxing days by the pool even during the winter months.

Equipment

We enjoy spending a lot of time in our villa ourselves. That’s why we didn’t skimp on high-quality furnishings. We are confident that our guests will feel at home with us if we do too.

Very nice house with good amenities

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Cape Coral.
Various shopping facilities and restaurants/bars can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
It is evident that the owners also use the house themselves part of the time – the furnishings are upscale and of very good quality. Nothing is worn or appears “used.”
In addition to a pool, there is a jacuzzi where one can relax in the evening, for example.
There is a German-speaking property management company on site, which is also available to help with technical problems.

Booking

power consumption

electricity:
Our rental prices already include a standard amount of electricity consumption. Based on our experience, this is about 55 kWh per day. Any electricity consumption that is significantly higher than this will be charged at $ 0.18 per kWh.

Consumption is calculated based on the values of the electricity meter of the house. At check-in and check-out, the values are recorded in each case. Any electricity costs incurred are to be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from the deposit.

Caution: If the air conditioning is set to a low temperature, runs with the doors and windows open or the pool heater is used a lot, this leads to significantly higher power consumption.
Charging electric cars is generally not permitted.

The prices quoted are based on an occupancy of the villa with 2 people. For each additional guest, a small surcharge of 15 dollars per day will be added.

cancellation policy

All costs will be refunded up to 48 hours after the contract has been concluded.
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price will be charged.
Cancellation 59 to 31 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price will be charged.
Cancellation 30 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price will be charged.

Travel

Arrival by car

Getting there by car is very easy. From the RSW airport, take the I-75 northbound.

From I-75, take the exit “Colonia Blvd.” (884) and continue straight on towards Cape Coral until you cross the bridge to Cape Coral.

After the bridge, the street is called Veterans Parkway. Turn left here onto Country Club Blvd.

Then turn right onto Wildwood Pkwy and take the 2nd left (SE 8th Ave), where SE 7th Ave. joins.
